Redemption Rules

Thank you for participating in this event! To ensure fairness, transparency, and impartiality, please carefully read the following redemption rules:

1. Event Period

  • a. Event Period: From April 1st, 2025, to July 1st, 2025.
  • b. Redemption Period: From April 1st, 2025, to July 1st, 2025. Late claims will be considered forfeited.

2. Redemption Eligibility

  • a. Participants who meet the event requirements are eligible for
    redemption.
  • b. Each participant is allowed to redeem only once. Duplicate
    redemptions or impersonation will not be accepted.
  • c. If any fraudulent behavior is detected (including but not limited to falsifying evidence or exploiting technical loopholes), HIFANCY reserves the right to cancel the participant’s eligibility for redemption.

3.Display after scanning QR code

  • a. Winning: After scanning, the message will display: “Congratulations! You have won a new one.”
  • b.Not Winning: After scanning, the message will display: “Better luck next time!”

4. Redemption Method

  • a. Redemption Proof
    Please keep the following as proof for redemption:

    A screenshot showing the winning result after scanning the code.

    A photo of the winning QR code or a photo of the boxwith the winning QR code attached.

  • b. Redemption LocationOnline Redemption: Verify your prize by scanning the codeon the official website within the specified time period.Offline Redemption:
    • Bring the required proof to a local distributor’s storeto redeem your prize. The distributor will retain the proof and contact HIFANCY for prize fulfillment.
    • For customers who purchased samples directly from HIFANCY or small batch orders, redemption can also be arranged directly with HIFANCY. All redeemed prizes will be consolidated into one box before shipment from the overseas warehouse. For countries where overseas warehouse shipping is not available, prizes will be shipped from the China warehouse or credited toward the next order. Prizes less than one box can be directly offset in the next order.
  • c. Logistics (if applicable):
    • If the prize is shipped via courier, please ensure the deliveryaddress provided is accurate. Once the prize is shipped, the address cannot be changed.
    • HIFANCY is not responsible for delivery failure caused byincorrect personal information provided by the participant.

5. Prize Details

  • a. Prize Content: Each winning QR code scan can be redeemed for a
    new product of the same model.
  • b. Prize Options: The prize can be converted into a partial cash
    equivalent to offset the next order amount but cannot be transferred or exchanged.
    c. Substitute Arrangements: If the prize cannot be provided due to
    force majeure or other reasons, HIFANCY reserves the right to replace it with an equivalent alternative product or a cash equivalent to offset the next order amount.

6. Disclaimer

  • a. HIFANCY is not liable for interruptions or cancellations of the
    redemption activity caused by force majeure (such as natural disasters, policy changes, etc.) or other factors beyond its control.
  • b. Participants are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their
    personal information. HIFANCY is not liable for redemption failures caused by inaccurate information provided by the participant.

  • a. HIFANCY reserves the right to make the final interpretation of this event and its associated rules.
